If you have a leg exercise machine at home, use high-heeled shoes or your high stilettos while doing home leg exercise with the machine. This can improve the flexibility of your legs and firming the thigh part as well. The stilettos serve as pressure points for your legs to exert more effort on the legs and thighs. But if you have ankle sprains, stay on flat foot or rubber shoes.
